Air Transport Only
We specialise in international pet transport by air – it’s what we do best. Please note that we do not offer pet transport within the UK and can’t assist with pets travelling in the cabin or as excess baggage (that’s something you’d need to arrange with your airline directly).
Flight Booking & Route Planning
We’ll talk you through your options and recommend the best flight routes for your pet (direct, wherever possible) using our trusted network of airline partners.
Travel Containers
Your pet will need an IATA-compliant travel container. Our pet transport company can supply one as part of our service or check that your existing container meets the required standards.
Flexible Service Levels
You can choose the level of support that suits your needs. We offer Door to door, Door to airport and Airport to door. We’ll explain each option clearly so you can decide what works best.
Stopovers & Transit Care
Some journeys involve stopovers, and if they do, your pet will be looked after at approved pet care facilities along the way. We’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect.
Boarding & Quarantine Coordination
If boarding or quarantine is required for your destination, we can arrange this for you as part of the process.
Paperwork & Permits
We’ll guide you through the paperwork required for your destination and handle permit applications where applicable.

How Our International Pet Transport Works
Step 1: Get in touch
Send us a few details through our quote form, or call us on 01403 212 900 . We’ll have a quick chat about what you need and where your cat or dog is heading.
Step 2: We plan the journey
We offer pet shipping to various locations, including Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa. Once we know what you’re looking for, we’ll talk you through your options, including routes, timing and service levels, then put together an all-in-one quote.
Step 3: Prep & paperwork
We’ll confirm the flight booking and supply (or check) the travel container. Next, we guide you through the paperwork and vet requirements for your destination.
Step 4: Travel day
On the big day, we’ll arrange transport to the airport if you’ve chosen that option. You’ll get tracking details once your pet is in the air, so you can follow their journey.
Step 5: Safe arrival
At the other end, your pet will either be collected from the airport or delivered straight to your new address, depending on the service you’ve chosen. And, of course, we’ll let you know once they’ve arrived safely – ready for well-deserved cuddles!
