Our Story
Transfur Animals started back in the mid-1990s, not far from Gatwick Airport and we’ve been helping pets and their owners move around the world ever since.
We’re not a big corporate pet shipping business. We’re a small, specialist team that believes that every pet move deserves personal care and proper attention.
Over the years, we’ve built strong relationships with airlines and pet facilities, which helps us keep the whole process as straightforward as it can be.
We’ve now completed thousands of successful pet relocations, but for us, this is never just about numbers. We know how important your pet is to you. ✓ Provide flight documentation as required.
✓ Arrange vet sealing services at Heathrow, where applicable.
✓ Obtain UK customs clearance.
✓ Arrange UK home-to-airport delivery service if required.
✓ Arrange boarding prior to departure if required.
Documentation & Preparation
✓ Apply to APHA (Defra) for Export Health Certificate(s), where applicable.
✓ Apply for Import Permit(s), where applicable.
✓ Arrange, book, and pay for quarantine, where required.
✓ Provide destination-specific veterinary requirements.
✓ Offer expert advice on completing and organising veterinary documents.
