Pet Relocation Tips
- Try & avoid busy and potentially distressing travel times. e.g weekends & public holidays.
- Water containers must be refillable from outside the animals container.
- Allow plenty of time for check-in procedures.
- Your pet should not be fed immediately prior to a flight.
- Line the animal's container with absorbent bedding or plenty of shredded newspaper.
- Animal containers must be large enough for the animal to stand up, lie down, & turn around.
- Normally animals should not be sedated or given tranquilisers prior to flying.
- Make sure you have all the required documentation before you set off to the airport.
